A collaboration between Chef Harley Ray Guy and Owner Skyler Reeves, Barley Hound opened in May of 2015. With a large dog friendly patio, welcoming casual atmosphere, and outstanding food and drinks it has quickly become one of Prescott’s favorite restaurants. The menu aims to please adventurous eaters as well as having some great familiar items. House ground chuck cheeseburgers and fries are just as at home on our menu as are sweetbreads and bone marrow. The menu changes four times per year due to our heavy reliance on local produce. The beverage program takes the lead from the dinner menu and focuses on local and fresh. We offer eight Arizona craft beers on draft, a small and eclectic wine list, an extensive spirits list, as well as classic cocktails made with fresh squeezed juices. Barley Hound aims to be at the forefront of the culinary experience while maintaining a welcoming and casual small town vibe.
